Mariana is from Brazil, and her close family flew to Colorado from Brazil for the wedding. What an amazing journey that must have been. We were so lucky to have perfect spring Colorado weather. Mariana and Matthew had there ceremony at noon up at the beautiful Chief Hosa Lodge in Golden, Colorado. I need to find out who catered the food, but they had a beautiful luncheon for 40 guests after the ceremony.

This was a Friday late morning/early afternoon spring mountain wedding shoot for me. We shot for three hours. These intimate smaller weddings are lovely to photograph. They had a harpist Mary Keener who played beautifully.

Mariana and Matthew were such a good looking bride and groom. I feel so happy to have been able to photograph their wedding day and take their family portraits. It was a superb melding of families.
