Photographing Jim and Tristan’s wedding this Fall Solstice was a dream shoot. We had the entire event at Jim’s brothers property in Boulder. They did such wonderful work on the ranch property for the wedding that Jim’s brother may start an event business someday.

Tristan and Jim did most everything DIY. They truly transformed the property from well, not wedding ready, to beautiful venue in record time. I can say that when we met on location weeks before the wedding I was smiling with wonderment on how they would make it happen. Jim is a strong man and Tristan is a strong woman, but will power took control. I am so pleased with what they pulled off. This was just a joy to photograph.
