Kathy and Richard live in the Bay Area, but decided to host their wedding day celebration in Boulder, Colorado at the Sunrise Amphitheater. This is a wonderful location in the foothills near Boulder, but it is a completely outdoor, no-shelter venue. Guess what? It decided to rain, and the weather was just as damp and cloudy as the Sunset District in San Francisco! We were able to capture the ceremony and ALL the family portraits right in the nick of time before the drizzle developed into a downpour. We rendezvoused at Louisville Community Park and Caranci Pavilion in Louisville, Colorado for the reception. The weather down the mountain was better. Kathy and Richard had a super fun and casual reception in a beautiful community park. You can see all the joy and love in the photographs.
